Returns Policy

At Advertiques & Co. we specialise in original vintage and antique pieces, each with its own age, character and signs of wear. We aim to describe all items honestly and accurately, including photographs and condition details where appropriate.

If you have any questions before purchasing, we encourage you to contact us and we will be happy to provide additional information or photographs.

Online Purchases

Returns apply to items purchased online through our website.

We accept returns on eligible online orders within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description.
• As many items are one of a kind antique or vintage pieces, natural age related wear, patina, fading and imperfections are not considered faults.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are packaged safely and appropriately.
• Custom sourced, reserved or specially commissioned items may not be eligible for return.

In Person Purchases

Items purchased in person from our space at Wallingford Antiques Arcade are considered inspected and accepted at the time of purchase and are therefore generally non returnable unless an item has been materially misdescribed.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of:

• the item
• the packaging
• any visible damage

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.
