A pre-war sign from Willard & May Ltd, Birmingham for an estate and property agency operating in the Richmond & Mortlake areas. This sign would have been hung outside railway stations and public places to advertise properties available “To Be Let” (i.e., rental properties).

Condition Shows rust around fixing holes, edge wear and enamel loss but still retains very strong colour and readable text,
