Original Stephens’ Inks enamel advertising sign, made by Jordan of Bilston, The Black Country. Stephens Inks originated in 1832 and its ready-mixed formulation and permanence built a substantial business as the fountain pen ink for government documents and ships logs
Condition racking and rust staining around damaged areas and fixing holes but strong enamel colour layers, lettering and maker/date markings
