Late 1930’s /1940’s retail point-of-sale display cabinet, designed to sit on a chemist or general store counter from Colgate who were pioneers in education-led advertising:
Key features:
•    Oak cabinet with glass panels on all sides 
•    Reverse-painted glass advertising panel (front) 
•    Internal 3D “floating” product graphic (tube + box illusion) 
•    Mirrored/glass interior to multiply the image 
•    Access door for changing product or mechanism 
•    Raised on turned feet with a black plinth base 
•    Reglazed side panels incorporating 21st century Colgate logo 

Condition
Very good overall condition with minor surface wear, light scratches, small chips to edges, aged patina, intact glass, functional front access and left hand door and fittings.
